It’s no secrete that Ted O’Donnell and the 4th of July Civic Committee like to go BIG when it comes to the Rockford Area fireworks display, but this year there will be none bigger in the state of Illinois.

To commemorate the committee’s 60th year of existence, Rockford fireworks will costs a whopping $70,000 all raised through partnerships and donations to the civilian-led group. 

More fun will be had during the day with the 4th of July parade and all the happenings in Davis Park!
