This year it is more important than ever to get a flu shot to protect yourself and the people  around you from flu, and to help reduce the strain on healthcare systems responding to the COVID-19  pandemic. Reducing the risk of flu illnesses, hospitalizations and even the risk of flu-related death in children are benefits of receiving the flu vaccine. Get the shot, not the flu!
