-You will be notified when your prize is ready for pickup.
-Please know, it may take up to 120 days before your Bullseye Free Money Game prize is ready for pick up.
-Prizes can be picked up from our front desk Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-4:00PM at 2830 Sandy Hollow Rd in Rockford.
-Prizes have to be claimed in person by the winner, with photo ID and will not be mailed.
-You have 30 days from the date you were contacted and told your prize is ready for pickup to claim it.
-Winners will need to provide their photo ID to claim their Bullseye Free Money Game Prizes.
-Winners are required to provide their social security number for tax purposes. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Bullseye Free Money Game prize.
-We’ll want to take your picture with your winnings to share on our website and social media.
