Oktoberfest, hosted by Downtown Beloit Association, is one of Beloit’s most popular outdoor events! Hundred of locals and visitors fill the 300 block of State Street in historic downtown to enjoy several types of beer, live music, food, and more!

In addition to the evening activities, there are are sidewalk sales at downtown businesses starting at 8:00 am. There will also be music by the Zweifle Brothers from 11:30 am-1:30 pm and lunch provided by Velvet Buffalo Café during Fridays in the Park for $7.

Also, there will be a themed costume contest, so dust off your lederhosen or dirndls and plan to enter that night! Just stop at the Hammerschlagen tent between 5:30-7:30 pm to sign up! Winners will be announced during intermission. You do not need to be present to win. Prizes will be awarded to the best couple, cutest kid and individual.
