This program offers free calling cards to soldiers by receiving old cell phones and tablets and recycling them which not only helps the soldiers but keeps these devices out of landfills.

Keeping Northern Illinois Beautiful will be accepting your old devices starting November 4th through Nov 25 at both of their locations: 8409 N. 2nd, Machesney Park & 4665 Hydraulic Road, Rockford.

Cell Phones for Soldiers accepts all makes, models, and conditions of cell phones and tablets. Please note: All these devices are wiped clean using the same standards the Department of Defense uses.
