MACHESNEY PARK — Hennig Power Protection will host a job fair Thursday as it looks to hire for a variety of roles including welders and engineers.

The manufacturer of industrial enclosures will host a job fair from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Hoffman House, 7550 E. State St., Rockford.

Applicants should bring resumes to highlight their skills and experience and be ready for on-the-spot interviews.

The company is hiring for a variety of positions, including:

• Welders (experienced and entry-level)
• Engineers (multiple specialties)
• Warehouse assembly
• Machine operators
• Material handling
• Professional office roles

Hennig has invested in workforce development through the Rock Valley College Advanced Technology Center (ATC) and partnerships with vocational programs in local high schools.

The company says job fairs like this help ensure it continues to attract skilled individuals from the community.

• 10601 N Second Street, Machesney Park
• 4920 Marlin Drive, Machesney Park

In case of inclement weather that leads to school closures or other cancellations, the job fair will be rescheduled for Feb. 27.
