Here are today’s Nerd News! headlines:

U.K. Crackdown: We’ve been talking a lot about console scalping since the release of the new Playstation and X Box systems, and now politicians in the UK are looking to do something about it. A recent study says that scalpers have made $28-million selling the Xbox Series X/S and PS5 second-hand over eBay, and some members of parliament have proposed a bill that would ban the resale of gaming consoles and computer components greatly above MSRP. Now if the U.S. would get on that, that’d be cool. Source

Well, It Is The Name of the Movie: Shooting for Jackass 4 has begun, and just two days after they started, Johnny Knoxville and Steve-O are in the hospital. A stunt where they jump on a full speed treadmill while carrying band equipment went wrong and they got hurt. Neither were seriously injured and shooting will resume soon. Hopefully they include that accident in the movie. Source

And in Tech News: Apple may have just figured out how to put a camera in the Apple Watch. A new patent application hints that an electronic device with a two-tiered display “may have an inner layer with a pixel array for displaying images and an outer layer formed from a light modulator with an array of cells that can each be placed in transparent mode or light-blocking mode,” which is fancy nerd-speak for camera technology, I guess. Technically, that could apply to an iPhone, but iPhones already have this tech, so people are speculating that the Apple Watch will be the next to get a camera.  Source
