Here are today’s Nerd News! headlines:

Tom Holkenborg is auctioning off his services to compose a personal soundtrack for your life. Who is Tom Holkenborg? He’s the composer who did the scores for Mad Max: Fury Road, Deadpool and Zack Snyder’s Justice League. He’ll interview the winner and then do a twenty minute score meant to be the soundtrack for your life. The auction will take place at AmplifyX.com on the 16th.  10% of the proceeds go to Leonardo DiCaprio’s Earth Alliance charity.

The Harley Quinn cartoon on HBO Max is definitely for adults, as it does contain a lot of profanity and violence. However, that doesn’t mean they can get away with just anything. There was supposed to be a very raunchy scene involving Batman and Catwoman, but the network said they absolutely could NOT do it. The cited toy sales as their reasoning.

The Farrelly Brothers are working on a sequel to their 90’s cult hit Kingpin. At this point, the project is in the early development stage, as there’s no script, no plot details, just the intent to do the project. No word on if the Farrelly’s will direct or produce, and also no word on anyone from the original returning. It would be interesting to see what insane Randy Quaid brings to that Amish character now, though.
