Just two weeks after being named the Chicago Bears High School All Star, Harlem quarterback James Cooper Jr. has broken the NIC-10’s passing record. Cooper led Harlem to a 26-24 comeback win over Hononegah on Saturday and in the process set the record as the conference’s all time passing yards leader. Check out the highlights from WIFR below.
