The Morning Stampede with Steve Summers and Ryan Sartori

January 19

6:00 Hour

– We started the morning talking about Lainey Wilson and how big we think this year can be for her.

– We got ya in the know on important headlines from Rock River Current, like: How much money did Hard Rock bring in last year? I bet we’ll tell you in the news

– This Saturday earn 50 extra entries towards winning a 65-inch 4K TV by joining Steve Summers at Hydeout Bar and Grill from 5-7 PM

7:00 Hour

– On real busy news days, we like to hit you with a segment we call Bull Bits.  We make sure to equip you with all the ammo you’ll need for watercooler talk at the office or job site!

  • Today we talked about National Popcorn Day
  • Despite Tom Brady being under contract with FOX, he will not be a part of their team covering the Super Bowl
  • Party City is filing for bankruptcy and is hoping to keep their doors open by receiving a loan of $150million… maybe they should’ve played the Mega Millions.

– We gave you the keyword to win Eric Church tickets for the day.

– We announced our winner with a little help with our friend Chelsea Meyer. Congrats to Nikki for taking home Eric Church tickets.  She says she’s taking one of her daughters with her to the show on August 12th.

8:00 Hour

– At 8:15 it seemed fitting to talk about 815 Ale Fest. Especially, because we had Pigminds Brewing Company stop in to talk to us in the 9:00 hour.

– We played the Bullseye Free Money Game!

  • Today’s guess: Chris from Rockton was too high!

9:00 Hour

– As previously mentioned, we had Chris from Pigminds Brewing Company in to talk all the great beer they’ll be bringing to 815 Ale Fest

– Ryan and Steve closed out the show, but Ryan did not eat breakfast this morning and drank. So it was an interesting break to say the least.
