The 173rd Wisconsin State Fair will be a party unlike anything else. The legendary cream puff that the fair has become so famous for is turning 100 years old. 

To celebrate, the fair will introduce 4 new, limited edition flavors of cream puff throughout the 10-day event from August 1-11. Those flavors include, root beer float, raspberry cheesecake, English toffee and, of course, birthday cake. 

On top of the birthday festivities, the list of phenomenal entertainment is lengthy. Musical acts like Riley Green, Brothers Osborne, Foreigner, Yung Gravy and more. Comedy is on the schedule as well with Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias and Charlie Berens. 

Then of course The Sporkies and The Drinkies bring you mouthwatering creations from across the state.
