100 Raffle Baskets, Chili, walking tacos, homemade candy and canned goods will be featured at the inaugural Miracle on Elm. Bring a friend or the whole family to check out the many raffle baskets that will be available just in time for Christmas! Come hungry and leave with a few treats for later. Be sure to check back often as some of the available baskets and raffle prizes are revealed.
The St. Mary Oratory community is raising funds to help maintain and enhance the historic St. Mary Church and property in Downtown Rockford. Winners for the raffle prizes will begin being drawn at 4 p.m. You do not need to be present to win.
